What do you like best? The fact that I can bend the platform to my will. There is very little we wanted to do that couldn't be done within Docebo. This unlocks a lot of creativity that translates directly to better engagement from our users.
What do you dislike? It keeps evolving, there are elements of inconsistent user interface but that's manageable, because it's only in the backend. Biggest gripe is that the customization could go even further. I do understand the unwillingness to support outlandish customization with CSS and JavaScript due to security and updatability but still, I want more :)

What do you like best? All the resources that are available. Community, Docebo University and our Customer Success Manger.
What do you dislike? The lack of a roadmap and they are still growing so there are some kinks that need to still be worked out.

What do you like best? We use Learn LMS with Discover, Coach & Share and Extended Enterprise. Our team is looking forward to utilizing all the features and new product launches in the future as AI is now a part of the conversation for content creation! Overall the system is easy to use and our customer support team has our back. Exciting times ahead!
What do you dislike? The out-of-the-box reporting feature needs some TLC, right now it's only a data dump to Excel unless you buy the add-on. I would also say the implementation and onboarding when we first started needs some help as well. We didn't find the information helpful as it was a firehose!!

What do you like best? Docebo is a well-thought-out, well-maintained, well-supported platform with excellent up-time. Their support team is highly responsive through phone, email, or chat and provides consistently excellent service. New code rolls out regularly and only once in over two years did the new code cause problems.
What do you dislike? Its major weakness is the inability to archive old content well. All you can do is set it back to the same status as if you were building an unreleased course. It can get confusing on large catalogs of courses. It also doesn't unenroll people from archived courses. This significant weakness is offset by how strong the rest of the platform is.

What do you like best? I love that you are able to chat with the support team. As a Super Admin, I'll sometimes have a quick question and just need another set of eyes. I love not having to submit a ticket and wait to hear back. The chat team is able to resolve about 90% of my questions without a ticket.
What do you dislike? We had a hard time getting our compliance training set up correctly. However, Docebo recently released a multiple course completion that has fixed our trouble.

What do you like best? It's one of those tools you just love using. Gone are the days of complex LMS menus and processes. Docebo is a dream to use, a slick interface and easy to use functionality. The customisability is amazing, enabling me to make the platform fit my company's brand perfectly. Every day tasks are pleasant to do i.e. creating and managing courses, ILT sessions, learning plans and users.
What do you dislike? Would love to see more visual feature be released e.g. we are craving a carousel for our homepage.

What do you dislike? the clunky cumbersome way to set up and implement a course when the content comes from a 3rd party provider

What do you like best? Docebo is working to grow their platform, and is gathering feedback from their customers to make sure it's going to meet their needs. As an extended enterprise customer we have specific needs that many LMS vendors can't meet, but Docebo wants to expand their footprint in that market, so they are listening. They also have a growing community of users that engage with one another and want to see the system evolve.
What do you dislike? While they are working to create innovative and engaging functionality, sometimes they move too fast to get it out the door and it's not ready yet or move on from older functionality that still needs optimizations.

What do you like best? The ability to adjust the feature set ensures that each of our different departments needs can be met without sacrificing the experience for any of the others.
What do you dislike? There are slight inconsistencies between similar feature sets that can become blockers if not identified early enough.
