What do you like best? We were stuck with our previous LMS for years before we made the decision to shift to Docebo. They provide a clean and easy-to-use interface for both admins and learners. You don't need to be an expert instructional designer to create amazing courses!
What do you dislike? What I liked the least is the video capability. Oftentimes, we get feedback from learners that they can't rewind videos. Not a deal breaker though!

What do you like best? After the implementation, I've been able to tackle many new projects and provide team members with new helpful resources. I like that I can customize homepages, notifications, etc. Its usability is off the charts! I can certainly say that Docebo is one of the most user-friendly LMSs I've seen. Great for overall training! If you want to create training in-house, it's a great choice. You can also upload content from external providers.
What do you dislike? Looking forward to seeing more functionality regarding reporting and surveys. Also, rating/commenting on courses needs a bit of work. Other than that, I'm ok with it. The people at Docebo are very friendly. They've all been responsive and knowledgeable.

What do you like best? This platform seemed to be able to do anything we wanted it to. I personally liked the demo a lot. We did have fun working within the free trial. Overall a good experience, but the cost was a big turn-off for our leadership.
What do you dislike? Even though we were impressed with Docebo, the platform is complicated and expensive for our liking.

What do you like best? I was between several tools before going for Docebo, including Absorb LMS, Adobe Learning Manager, and Accord LMS. The reason that made me choose Docebo was that it has better functionality than others I've tried. I've been enjoying its reporting and manager features so far. They do work very well.
What do you dislike? I was surprised to see bugs showing up randomly... and to be honest, I'd like their support to be more attentive. However, the overall experience was way better compared to the rest.

What do you like best? It suits all of our needs for internal and external training. It's easy to create different groups and categorize specific training for each particular group. Tracking is easy, everything is just easy to use and easy to customize.
What do you dislike? There is really nothing I don't like at this time. The few things I didn't like when we started, I was able to post my comments about them and apparently other people felt the same way, and Docebo made changes to fix the issue. And it really wasn't that big of deal. Docebo listens.

What do you like best? Ease of Use, Support, Community, Functionality and Features Docebo listens to their users and the suggestions we make
What do you dislike? Inability to do item analysis on test questions without API and programming knowledge. I would like more best practices examples in the knowledge base, I know we are moving towards that.

What do you like best? The admin functionality is fantastic, and the UX has been very well-received by our clients.
What do you dislike? Tough one. If nitpicking, MAYBE the way assets are organized inside of a course. It's never been an issue for me/us though, and that's purely a subjective thought (trying to find SOMETHING...)

What do you like best? Ive been impressed with the flexibility of the platform. It lets us create a custom learning environment that reflects our brand with a great user experience. We're able to manage external integrations without IT and offer social learning features that lets subject matter experts generate content on their own and publish it directly to the system.
What do you dislike? There's not a lot to dislike about Docebo from my perspective. There are a few functions that could be updated but they're on their roadmap already.
