What do you like best? The ability to customize the platform for different user experiences. For example, different experiences for new hires, employees, managers, admins, and leadership. We used this capability to create an experience that automatically routes users to the right experience based on their data criteria. If someone is a new hire, they will get the onboarding experience for the first 30 days, then move to the employee or manager experience to start their targeted learning journey.
What do you dislike? There are a few features that could use some minor improvements. One my organization struggles with is the calendar invites for VILT courses. It's hard to get people to download the calendar invite. We could do an integration with outlook, but haven't wanted to pay extra for that service.

What do you like best? Docebo Does These Well: - User management - Course management - Automations, Rulesets, Notifications Doceo Does Best: - AI & Machine Learning - Opening the System to both Internal (Employees) and External (Partner Sales Channels)
What do you dislike? Docebo can do these better: -For my inexperienced admin, they get lost thinking about which feature they need to use depending on the use case. -Automatic unenrollment/easier unenrollment from Learning Plans would be helpful if it was added -Small Add-On: Vendor provided training or guidance on how to utilize the API browser (Paid training is alright)

What do you like best? I love the open API and configurations to allow a lot of flexibility to use the platform, if you have some resources and skills to leverage them.
What do you dislike? Support is fast to respond, but can take a long time to develop a satisfactory solution to the problem. This is especially problematic with their release cadence schedule. Public roadmap would be greatly appreciated in order to anticipate product improvements, and where custom investment can be useful in planning.

What do you like best? I really love the user community of Docebo, I found folks there to be super helpful. There lots of how to articles available and the support team is quick to respond with questions. There is also a ton of ability to customize and make things work.
What do you dislike? It can be very glitchy, sometimes things work and sometimes they don't. On several occasions, something worked with testing and then stopped when we launched. I would reach out to support and it would be quickly fixed. But that was really frustrating.

What do you like best? Clean, professional interface makes our learning platform look impressive to our employees and customers. Course administrators can make a solid, professional, easy-to-navigate course without having to be an expert at design.
What do you dislike? Reporting capabilities can be cumbersome to use; often it requires exporting a report in Excel or CSV format and doing more work to process it into the results you want. Not all menus are intuitive either, and features can hide in tricky places where you just have to learn and memorize where they are. Methods for displaying unique customized content to different users are very tricky to figure out and prone to failure.

What do you like best? User Experience is great. Administrator experience is great as well and that is the main reason we moved to Docebo from our old system. Engagement has increased a lot.
What do you dislike? We have a federated model and while Docebo solves for most of our needs, I wish it would be able to solve for all of our needs as a federation.

What do you like best? Their amazing support team, as well as the wealth of resources that can help you get the best out of the platform. It ain't easy at first, but you will get there.
What do you dislike? Moving to a new platform always comes with a few hiccups. Although their team helped us a lot with migrating data from our existing LMS, I ain't gonna lie that it was a stressful period for us.
