What do you like best? I was the first to throw my hat off when we finally moved away from the old LMS we had. Oh, boy was it slow and complex... Thanks to Docebo, we saved so much time and peace of mind. The whole team is happy about this transition as well. It feels fantastic to have new intuitive software that will help us achieve our goals. I'd give it 10 for the user experience on all levels (admins, learners, external partners, etc.).
What do you dislike? I wish there was a way to mark all attendees that have completed an ILT course with one go. I haven't quite found my way around that. Hence, I have to evaluate each student individually. From what I know, other users had this feature request; I hope they add it to the list soon. Also, it would be a good idea to increase the size limit for video content and SCORM (now it's at 800MB if I'm not mistaken).

What do you like best? This is my go-to LMS recommendation, for sure! Being a flexible platform gives you the sense that you can achieve almost everything you have in mind. It's been 2 years since the implementation, but there's always something new to learn and try. If you're looking for a customizable tool, it's a fantastic option. Great for international audiences as well since it has multi-language support. I find it very intuitive, and so do our users. Yet to hear a complaint!
What do you dislike? Their roadmap is a bit aggressive. As a result, occasionally, you'll see bugs when new releases are launched. For some administrative tasks, I'd like to be able to navigate with fewer clicks. However, it's not hard at all. I like how responsive their help desk is. With our previous LMS, I had a bad experience. So, I am happy that Docebo is on top of things and ready to assist anytime.

What do you like best? This platform is very clean and gives you an up-to-date feel. Both internal and external users loved it right from the start. Seems to be very easy to navigate, even for someone who has never used an LMS.
What do you dislike? If I have to think of an improvement, I'd say that is not being able to include the certificate of completion when sending the automated email saying congrats to the learner. It would be easier for the user to click the email and get it rather than visit the course again to download it. Other than that, we loved everything about Docebo.

What do you like best? Going ahead with a new training environment implementation is tough!" I admit it was a lot easier than I thought it would be. Docebo's training sessions gave us a full overview of the software. I love how intuitive it is and that it has lots of capabilities. I can now leverage the statics for decision-making and manage our organization in different markets around the world!
What do you dislike? They could have worked more on the layout. For the end user, it is fairly easy as a tool, but the homepage layout needs improvement. Even though we made several edits, enrolling in different courses still seems difficult.

What do you like best? First of all, it's very simple to deploy. That's why I love cloud-based software :) Plenty of good things to mention... user-friendliness being the best of them. Docebo is easy-to-use and allows you to upload learning content in different ways. The functions regarding automation are outstanding! The whole admin team was super excited about that.
What do you dislike? Current pricing might be something to consider. For example, the 350 active users package might be less competitive. But then again, it depends on the active users you need to have. At least you pay for what you need. I suggest you take a shot at the trial version. That's what we did, and it helped us get a better idea of the platform's quality as well as see the functionality up close.

What do you like best? If you've checked out LMS reviews, you'll see that Docebo is one of the best learning platforms for covering business training needs. Our business is in the manufacturing sector. So, we needed an LMS to help provide training to our factory workforce. I like that I can create engaging courses. Docebo enables you to share engaging training, including videos, gaming, and virtual 3D visits. For me, its full SCORM support and being feature-rich makes it a No.1 choice.
What do you dislike? Their customer support has been superb no far; no complaints there. I wish they had a more flexible pricing model... It might be one of the best LMS tools in the market, but there are more afforadble fits for small organizations.

What do you like best? Their help desk is responsive and their platform is easy to use, fully customizable and user-friendly. It certainly meets and even exceeds our initial expectations.
What do you dislike? Product updates and new releases occasionally come with bugs. I would have also preferred better communication on smaller updates and patches to the system. Otherwise, I am very pleased.

What do you like best? You can have an high customization of the platform that can reach even the highest clients requirements. We use it as extended enterprise meeting all our clients expectations. The mobile app is working fine and meet the learner expectations to reach their training everywhere, every-time they need.
What do you dislike? The gamification could be improved allowing more options and capabilities to engage learners in their activities.

What do you like best? We love the partnership we have with Docebo. We feel that they value our business and our input/suggestions. The program continues to grow and evolve which has allowed us to grow with it.
What do you dislike? Docebo is evolving quickly and it sometimes feels they are onto the next thing before really perfecting the thing they were just working on.

What do you like best? Love it! With Docebo, I can organize anything I want!! Be it training, lectures, or even coaching, it has so many features to get the job done. Docebo's interactive options are very impressive as well. I've used the tool in English, Spanish, and Italian. It has dozens of languages, making it a good fit for LTOs, Universities, and international organizations...
What do you dislike? It might be difficult to get used to how to tackle all the functionalities that are offered. Thankfully their support is amazing. I did reach out several times, and they were very supportive and explained which tools I could work with without getting lost in complex solutions. Also, some may find it a bit pricey.
