What do you like best?
This LMS has certainly helped us reach success by driving a learning culture within our organization. Every team member is now keen to learn and evolve. Upskilling teams feels so easy. We love the fact that Docebo is a tool that grows with us. We're constantly evolving and growing, so we were in search of a tool that could scale. And Docebo does exactly that.
What do you dislike?
It's great to be able to work with a team that cares. They do grow really fast, adding many features sometimes way too soon. For example, there are features that roll out but are not 100% complete, but they do share updates pretty soon to fix any issues.

What do you like best?
We love the ease and customizable options tht Docebo provides for us. The integration with Salesforce is a key factor in our business, allowing our customers to have access to the training that they need, and not extra things for products they haven't purchased. It removes the need to manually assign content, as the system knows who needs what. It also allows our CSMs, and Support team to see what accounts have consumed training. Overall, it has helped decrease time to onboard and help tickets.
What do you dislike?
My only complaint would be that the ever-important SF integration is buggy, and we have had a long standing support ticket, as aspects of it keep breaking. Thankfully, the most criticial functions are now stable.
It is a powerful SaaS that has everything you would need or want in an LMS

What do you like best?
Learners can self register, the pages are customisable to your needs and brand. the back office is well laid out and there are a variety of feature that can be used to make the platform your own.
What do you dislike?
With most LMS or VLE platforms the back office can be awkward to navigate if you don't use it on a regular bases.

What do you like best?
I do like the use of the Docebo community and University - that has been very helpful in solving any issues, and without these two items, i'd be lost. To be fair, I was not involved in the implementation or vetting of the system.
What do you dislike?
The integration and the fact that Docebo is imbedded into our HRIS. There always seems to be features missing. Not correct access.
Lots of options available, for additional purchasing. Easy enough to use but helps to have tech savy

What do you like best?
Easy enough to use and doesn't require engineering to get 80% there. To make it "look" good you need CSS skills. Overall a solid LMS at a reasonable cost
What do you dislike?
Everything is an additional cost (feels a little nickel and dimed), but if you need a very basic holder for your content it's as solid as anything else. I am not blown away, but not disappointed. A solid neutral and only die to needing to add-on for the WOW features.
We've seen employee productivity improve a lot after getting Docebo.

What do you like best?
This LMS platform by Docebo is dope! What I like most is that we can create custom training materials for different topics and departments. Developing new training modules or even updating old ones can be done in just a few minutes. With our prior LMS platform, we had to spend weeks for the same result. It's great that we finally got a tool that lets us train internal and external partners, all from one platform.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes we want to create the training modules offline; one cannot have an internet connection all the time. Or we might need some time off the radar to give shape to new ideas. That's why I'd wish Docebo would allow us to create dynamic modules. Maybe they should add some relevant integrations im future updates.

What do you like best?
Extended Enterprise is great for us as we can serve both our external and internal customers. Everything is so flexible and feature rich there are almost no requirements that we can't meet. Branding and whitelabeling is also very easy and quick to set up. Very versatile in terms of content types, integrations and reporting.
What do you dislike?
Because of so many features, the learning curve is quite steep. If something doesn't go as expected then it's difficult to trouble shoot. More separation of content and users for the extended enterprise would also be a plus. We find we need to limit our admins and power users quite significantly and created a lot of external governance documentation in order to be confident that the right content got to the right people and no mistakes were made.

What do you like best?
The system has so much functionality and we can use the bits that work for us. It is simple to use and get used to. The service when i need any help or have questions is quick.
What do you dislike?
When you don't use some functionality for a while, it is easy to forget the process to follow. It is just a case of refreshing yourself.
