What do you like best? I like that they are always elvolving and pioneering to keep growing and evolving their platform. They listen to their customer needs and take in product feedback and actually implement it.
What do you dislike? It is an extremely customisable tool which does require effort to configure at times. There is some work that needs to be done to make things work as expected.

What do you like best? Very good usability for admins and end user, Flexibility in creation of pages and menus for different audiences, Customization of the platform, Creation of subdomains for internal and external needs, Pre-build integration to some of the most common software provider.
What do you dislike? Missing integrations to other providers (which may be integrated in future), Content creation options (a built-in authoring tool would be helpful), Complex procedure to evaluate test results of end users, Missing upload options of files in certain platform areas, Complex certificate template builder (a drag & drop feature could be very useful here).

What do you like best? Docebo is rich in features, yet intuitive and easy to use. Support is excellent and there is a very active online community where users can ask questions and post ideas. Overall, we are very happy with our investment.
What do you dislike? There are a few features that could use some improvement, such as the certificate designer and the My Team function.

What do you like best? The course management tools make it relatively easy to create courses, materials and management the enrolled users.
What do you dislike? We wish we could collect sales tax on our products. This is a largely missed function that seems like a no-brainer to me.

What do you like best? Docebo is one of the best platforms we have used as a business. It has enabled us to store all our learning in one place. It is easy to design to your organisation and has a good user interface. You can easily upload videos, documents, webinars and the administrator side is fairly straightforward to use. The support has been excellent, if you do have a problem Docebo do come back to you to help sort.
What do you dislike? The analytics could be better and some improvements have come at an extra cost to the business like Connect which is a must if you want your calendar appointment to work well with the LMS.

What do you like best? I like how flexible the system is (e.g., customised css) and that there is a growing community of customers that you can engage with, and who try and assist each other (e.g., implementation, best practices). The system is also very customisable and has many options to meet your current and growing needs. While we don't use all the intergrations they offer, it is encouraging knowing they are available and always being added to.
What do you dislike? The community of customers using the system constantly post requests for enhancements - these often don't appear in the core product or take a long time to implement even with high votes to support the suggested feature. Some admin tasks cannot be automated or made easier (bulk upload of Learning objects, no way to change the default settings of options, etc.)

What do you like best? With the partnership of Docebo, we are able to provide a highly personalized, accessible, and educational platform where both new and existing users can advance their education. Features like Reports are then optimized to ensure the success of the user's learning journey. With a strong foundation in education, users can then strengthen their confidence to practice/build upon what they’ve learned with features such as Discover, Coach & Share, while being recognized and rewarded for achievements.
What do you dislike? While the current Docebo features allow us to accomplish what we need and more for a successful LMS, there are features that I wish were more streamlined -- for example, unenrolling users from courses or learning plans, activating Power Users, etc. -- to reach the end goal and required less steps. Docebo does, however, have a community that allows customers to provide feature requests and it’s common for features to get implemented -- meaning that customers are listened to by the Docebo Team.

What do you like best? It was easy to create our custom platform. The training team was able to do this without help from IT experts and only occasional help from our Docebo team. That says a ton when it comes to time, money and administrator experience. No need to pay for project management or Third Party services at all. A team of two built it in about 3 months while working our typical responsibilities.
What do you dislike? The only feature that we wish was different to serve our needs, if the checklist feature. The results of the fields are not available in reports. Checklists really need to be integrated with the reporting function.

What do you like best? Tailoring to our specific requirements, we successfully established the platform in just three months. We benefited from regular weekly check-ins with the Docebo team, which effectively ensured we stayed on course and met our goals. Any inquiries we had were met with prompt and responsive support. Bi-weekly progress review calls were instrumental in monitoring our advancement and evaluating platform performance.
What do you dislike? Regarding improvements, while I recognize the challenge of catering to diverse customer needs, I do believe there's an opportunity to enhance the integration between traditional courses and the newer social learning elements on the platform. Merging internally created content with off-the-shelf eLearning within a single course would greatly enhance the user experience.
