What do you like best? As the admin for LMS I found it quite user friendly and intuitive. I train others on the uses and do most of the course and learner management. I don't have a computer science background, and I can maneuver it easily for the most part.
What do you dislike? Some of the reporting functionality leaves a bit to be desired. Also, it would be nice to have a "fail" option for the courses. In our industry we need to know if someone passed or failed a safety-based course.

What do you like best? Docebo excels in user experience, empowering instructors with intuitive course creation and robust analytics for informed decision-making. Great customer service. I like the addition of Open Sesame to our catalog.
What do you dislike? Need the ability to make floating banners. Some of the more advanced features (which are useful) can be cumbersome at times. Overall, not many negatives in my eyes.

What do you like best? The search engine is extremely powerful. It allows users to see a variety of resources that can assist them by providing recourses to support prior knowledge, give them common questions about the topic and learning content to develop and understanding.
What do you dislike? The reporting functions for accessing all the data in the system is not very strong. Observation checklists can only be viewed individually and asset reviewing as a whole rather than on individual channels is lacking.

What do you like best? Attending the Docebo User Conference in person in 2023 and 2024 was a valuable experience. It provided valuable insights, assistance, and a wonderful opportunity to connect with other customers and, most importantly, the Docebo staff. Putting a face to a name truly enhances the process of building a strong partnership.
What do you dislike? When any technology is launched, there will inevitably be areas that require improvement. Several aspects of the existing 'legacy' system pose challenges, and we are currently lacking a clear roadmap for the migration of these components to the new platform.

What do you like best? The availability of various features (e.g., gamification, Discover, Coach & Share, etc.) that allow you to use the platform in different ways and enhance existing training programs.
What do you dislike? The limitation of "customization" of some parts that are quite rigid (e.g., Graphic Layout) that can only be changed if you have IT experts who know CSS.

What do you like best? Docebo offers a variety of different tools to help learners leverage different courses. There's gamification, VILT, e-learning, social sharing. It has so many options!
What do you dislike? Only being able to contact support via a chat or ticket can make some cases difficult to solve. I wish we could call up a support person if needed, but you have to stick with chat or emailed ticket.

What do you like best? - Customization (custom pages, branding, access to CSS) - Reporting - Fairly easy to connect to other tools using API - Lots of features - Monthly release readiness webinars are fantastic - recent work on some of the existing functions
What do you dislike? - Customer Support seems to be lacking some experience - Sometimes it's not so straightforward with what's happening with some of the features we care about

What do you like best? - Great API offering a lot of freedom to build many tools around Docebo and customize the experience within the platform. This is the strongest advantage of this platform and its true competitive advantage - Lot of options for personnalization within the platform - Good reporting - Very quick customer service
What do you dislike? - Takes a while to learn and get comfortable with the tool - Some features seem abandonned by the product team with no plan to improve the experience - The product team needs to be more transparent with what's in store in the roadmap - UX is inconsistent

Sufficient corporate learning delivery tool, but not exceeding expectations on actual learning

What do you like best? Courses feature essential elements for internal and external training, supporting third-party and bespoke content. User and Course Management tools allow categories. Power User system ensures efficient roles and permissions management. Custom CSS and language Localization tools are key. API is a powerful automation tool. Engage with the Docebo Community. Docebo's Support stands out. It's among the best I've encountered in LMSs. Their real-time solutions exceed expectations.
What do you dislike? My background is in academic LMSs. Docebo is my first corporate LMS, and I've been using it for three years now. Compared to academic LMSs, Docebo falls short in terms of active learning, social learning, integrated 3rd-party learning, creating learning environments, and visually appealing content. To achieve these, you either need advanced CSS skills or to purchase their add-ons. Features to improve: Archiving Add a Recycle Bin Lifecycle of Courses Power User Resource Management

What do you like best? The user experience of both the front and back end of Docebo is what for me makes it stand out in the market. It is easy and intuitive and does the basics very well.
What do you dislike? The Outlook integration is somewhat complicated to manage and I think Docebo would benefit from having a simpler solution in place.
