What do you like best? Docebo has truly impressed us with its intuitive user interface and robust functionality. The platform’s ease of use makes it simple to get up and running quickly, which has been invaluable for our team. Training others to use it has been equally straightforward, thanks to its clear navigation and user-friendly design. One of Docebo’s best features is its enterprise readiness, which enables us to deliver content seamlessly to customers, partners, and internal employees—all within one platform.
What do you dislike? While Docebo offers a user-friendly interface and robust enterprise features, it’s important to note that certain functionalities are available only as paid add-ons. For instance, advanced analytics, e-commerce capabilities, and integrations with platforms like Salesforce and Microsoft Teams require additional investment. This approach may necessitate careful consideration of your organization’s specific needs and budget to ensure the platform aligns with your expectations.

What do you like best? I love the AI capabilities within the platform and social elements that are added through the discover, coach, and share module. It also seems as if Docebo is always innovating to expand the capabilities and keep pace with the technology advancements.
What do you dislike? On one hand it's nice that there are so many add-on features because you can customize your platform features, but it would be nice to have some more features within the platform without the add-on expense.

What do you like best? I have over 10 years of experience in the education sector, with more than 8 years as an LMS Administrator and EdTech Manager. During this time, I've worked with various Learning Management Systems and EdTech tools. Recently, I transitioned to using Docebo LMS, and I must say, it’s an all-in-one solution suitable for both industrial and educational applications. I’m particularly impressed by its advanced features and seamless integration capabilities.
What do you dislike? I’ve noticed some complexity with notifications and triggers, particularly when it comes to updating both internal and external clones simultaneously to keep both branches in sync.

What do you like best? The gamification aspects of the LMS are well integrated and allowed us to create an incentive to complete more courses
What do you dislike? The reporting could be more in-depth. Most reports focus on simple stats around courses but things like admin rights and gamification lack reporting capabilities

What do you like best? Any queries that we have had have been quickly managed. The accounts team have done everything they possibly could to improve our experience and this has really added to the customer experience that we have had with Docebo as our main LMS vendor. The roadmap is incredible and they have assisted us with implementing new features to improve the user experience which has earned us several awards this year.
What do you dislike? At times the reporting can be very manual, but the team listened to this query and it has been announced in their new features that this is on the roadmap, we cannot fault them as a vendor.

What do you like best? The ease of use, integration capabilities, 24/7 high quality support, and the nonstop innovation! Docebo goes out of their way to create a next level product that puts customer experience and ease of use at the forefront of their priorities.
What do you dislike? I think there is always room for growth and I would love to see Docebo continue to increase their CSS/HTML capabilities as well as provide even more resources for personalization. I would also love to see some innovations in the gamification sector and ways that you can make that experience even more personalized.

What do you like best? The platform allows for flexibility in how we deliver the learning experience, it performs rather well without frequent bugs or crashes - stability is really important for us in the organization.
What do you dislike? The cost could be lower, you need to invent workarounds for things that should be easily accessible, for some useful features you need to use the clunky API (downloading content off LMS)

From personalized branding to custom workflows and integrations, it provides flexibility for creating a learning environment that aligns with organizational goals. Administrators can configure dashboards, reports, and user experiences to reflect unique training objectives. This adaptability makes Docebo a user-friendly solution, ideal for companies looking for an LMS that can grow and evolve with their needs.
What do you dislike? Docebo's mobile experience can feel limited, with some features not as intuitive or responsive as the desktop version.
